Hi! I’m James. I’m passionate about creating stories in the world of Sport, Active Lifestyles and Adventure.
I love sport, from grassroots to professional and how it brings people and their communities together.
I love photographing community, authenticity, people, energy, emotive moments and intimate emotions bringing to life the stories they tell.

Over the last 14 years, I shoot fully independently alongside some of the best advertising and design agencies, charities, editorial titles or directly with brands that have a shared passion within the sports, adventure and lifestyle space.
I surround myself with a talented crew who love to collaborate at every level. Every shoot has its unique requirements so rather than a one size fits all approach to production, I work directly with an agency, production company or client and pick the best production plan for each job. Be it an intimate documentary with minimal crew to a largar scale motion and stills shoot.
